The data submission portal will be open from 8th September 2025 – 26th September 2025.

All data is to be provided for the 2025 fiscal year, i.e. 1st July 2024 – 30th June 2025.

Only provide data for the products that are supplied to McCain as specified in question 1.  The data is relevant only to the specific McCain countries and should not relate to your overall company procurement practices. If you supply multiple countries for McCain, then you must separately declare each volume by country supplied by adding a new submission in the portal. Likewise, if you supplied volumes that have different certifications associated to them, you need to add a new submission and split the volumes accordingly.

If you have not supplied any of the products outlined in the scope in question 1 above, please declare to 3Keel via email to data.services@3keel.com why you are out of scope of this exercise. 3Keel will then confirm this directly with McCain.

You should only return one submission per business entity to us covering all your relevant sites and operations supplying McCain. If your business has multiple operation regions, please only report volumes supplied from the region listed in the portal under your log in name. Please reach out to data.services@3keel.com if you need any guidance. For example, if you have one entity in LATAM and one entity in Europe, you should submit one submission for each entity.

Recorded videos are available on the landing page of the platform. These will introduce the submission portal and provide an overview on how to complete your declaration.
