Welcome to WSH’s embedded soy reporting portal
In support of WSH’s recent commitment to achieving zero deforestation and conversion commodities including soy, this reporting process has been designed to:
- Assess the volume of soy-based material embedded within products supplied to WSH
- Determine the proportion of this soy that is verified as deforestation- and conversion-free
The reporting process comprises of two steps:
Step 1 – Policy and Action Questionnaire
As a supplier to WSH, you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire. This will help us to understand your organisation’s policies, commitments, and actions related to achieving deforestation- and conversion-free soy within your supply chain. This questionnaire will become available once you have set up your supplier profile using the link below.
Step 2 – Product Declaration Form
You will then be required to complete a detailed declaration form, providing product-level and supply chain information specifically for any in-scope products your company supplied to WSH during 2024. The declaration form can be downloaded using the orange download button on this page and, once completed, should be uploaded via Step Two in the submission portal.
